01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our software, web application, dashboard, and optimization tools (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Petricor Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating and doing business as Admigo("Admigo", "we", "us", or "our").
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the full legal authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
02. Description of Service
Admigo is a specialized software-as-a-service (SaaS) campaign intelligence and management platform built for advertisers. The Service interfaces directly with the Meta Marketing API to allow users to:
- Create, edit, pause, restructure, and manage advertising campaigns, ad sets, and ad creatives.
- Access simplified, high-fidelity metrics reporting, conversion visualization, and spending insights.
- Implement automated budgetary adjustments and 24/7 campaign rules powered by our SaaS infrastructure.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, update, or temporarily suspend the Service or specific platform features at any time to support technological improvements, without prior notice.
03. Eligibility
To register an account and utilize the Admigo Service, you must satisfy the following strict requirements:
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must possess a valid, active Facebook/Meta account in good standing.
- You must maintain one or more active, valid advertising accounts inside the Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Ads Manager).
04. Meta Platform Usage & API Integration
Admigo operates by directly interfacing with Meta's Marketing API. By utilizing our Service, you explicitly authorize Admigo to link to and access your Meta ad accounts through the standard Facebook Login OAuth sequence:
- Ad Compliance: You are fully and solely responsible for ensuring that all promotional assets, creatives, copy, target audiences, and landing pages deployed through Admigo comply with the Meta Advertising Standards and Meta Developer Terms.
- No Result Guarantees: While Admigo offers optimization suggestions, predictions, and budgetary automation, you acknowledge and agree that Admigo does not guarantee any specific advertising outcomes, sales, leads, or conversions.
- Advertising Costs: All media buy costs are billed directly to you by Meta. Admigo is not liable for costs incurred in your Meta Ad account, including any accidental overspend caused by incorrect manual configurations or budgets set by you inside the Platform.
05. User Obligations & Restricted Activities
As a user of Admigo, you agree and represent that you will not:
- Deploy ads promoting illegal goods, deceitful financial schemes, prohibited services, or anything that violates Meta Advertising Policies.
- Attempt to bypass, hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or decompile the Admigo Service, dashboard source code, or infrastructure.
- Share, distribute, or leak your Admigo account passwords, API tokens, or session creds to unauthorized third parties.
- Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract dashboard data or copy intellectual properties from the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand our data collection, processing, compliance, retention, and deletion standards:
07. Intellectual Property Rights
All contents, designs, logos, software code, graphic tokens, dashboard interfaces, prediction algorithms, and brand identifiers displayed inside the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Petricor Investments LLC.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access the Platform solely for your corporate advertising management. No right, title, or interest in our intellectual property is transferred to you.
08. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
THE ADMIGO SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Meta API Changes:Admigo depends on Meta's Marketing API to operate. You acknowledge that Meta may change, deprecate, or suspend specific API capabilities, permissions, or access thresholds. Admigo is not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by Meta API modifications.
Platform Downtime: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petricor Investments LLC is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, server latencies, network bugs, or interrupted marketing campaigns.
09. Account Termination
You may cancel your Admigo subscription and close your account at any time through our in-app dashboard settings. Upon termination, your active Meta Marketing API tokens are immediately revoked.
Admigo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service or Meta Developer Policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service, your access to the Service, and any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with Admigo shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
