This Privacy Policy describes how Petricor Investments LLC (doing business and operating as Admigo) collects, uses, processes, stores, and deletes your data when you access or use our web applications, integrations, software tools, and services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").
By registering for an account or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this policy, please do not access the Service.
02. Information We Collect
To provide our ad management, analysis, and optimization tools, we collect several categories of information, divided as follows:
A. Information You Provide Directly
When you sign up, complete forms, or interact with us, we collect details including your full name, email address, password, account registration preferences, and contact settings.
B. Information from Meta's Platform (Meta Marketing API)
Through your explicit authorization during the OAuth authentication flow (Facebook Login), Admigo requests access to Meta's Platform using the Meta Marketing API. Under your consent, we access the following:
- Ad Account Information: Account status, currencies, time zones, billing configurations, and account identifiers.
- Campaign Details: Campaign names, structures, objectives, statuses (active/paused), and historical changes.
- Ad Sets and Ad Creatives: Targeting configurations, bidding strategies, budgets, image/video assets, and promotional copy.
- Performance Metrics: Impressions, clicks, conversions, reach, cost per result (Costo por Cliente, CPM, Interés del anuncio, Retorno en Ventas), and overall spend.
- Connected Facebook Pages: Page name, ID, follower count, engagement data, and post reach for pages linked to your advertising account.
- Instagram Business Account Data: Basic profile information, media objects (posts, reels), and engagement metrics from Instagram Business accounts connected to your Meta ad account, accessed via
instagram_basicpermission.
Scope of API Permissions requested: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_read_engagement (Facebook Page engagement metrics), instagram_basic (Instagram Business Account data for ad placement correlation), and pages_show_list (list of Pages available to connect during onboarding). This access is granted exclusively through your explicit voluntary permission and can be revoked by you at any time.
C. Usage Data
We collect metadata regarding how you use the Platform, including session logs, browser type, operating system, IP address, performance data, latency metrics, and specific features utilized within Admigo to ensure system stability and performance.
03. How We Use Your Information
Admigo uses the collected information exclusively to deliver, operate, secure, and improve our Service. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Provide dashboard reporting and clear analytical insights on your Meta Ads performance.
- Enable you to create, edit, pause, and adjust ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads directly from Admigo.
- Power our automatic 24/7 budget optimizations and system recommendations.
- Send platform notifications, updates, and customer support communications.
Strict Data Protection Commitments:
- We DO NOT sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal or Meta account data to any third party under any circumstances.
- We DO NOT use data obtained from Meta's Platform for our own promotional or advertising purposes.
- We DO NOT share your data with third parties except with trusted infrastructure subprocessors (such as hosting and database providers) strictly necessary to run the Service under legal confidentiality agreements.
04.Special Section: Data from Meta's Platform
As an integration partner operating on the Meta Marketing API, Admigo takes compliance and data protection seriously. In strict compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies, we declare:
- Purpose Limitation: All data, metrics, and details fetched from the Meta Platform are strictly used to provide the campaign management, metrics visualization, and performance optimization services explicitly authorized by the user.
- No User Profiling: We do not use, compile, or aggregate Meta Platform data to profile users, build databases of advertiser audiences, or utilize the data for retargeting, monetization, or any external advertising services.
- Revocation of Consent: If you disconnect your Meta Ad account, or delete your Admigo account, we immediately cease fetching your Meta Platform data, and delete any corresponding cached credentials.
- Policy Compliance:Admigo at all times complies with Meta's developer standards, platform rules, and strict access controls. We ensure that our subprocessors maintain technical controls equivalent to Meta's Developer Standards.
05. Data Retention
We store and retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes described in this policy, or as long as your account with Admigo remains active:
- Active Accounts: Active campaign data, configurations, and logs are kept while your user account is in good standing to offer historical metrics, analytics, and optimization curves.
- Inactive/Deleted Accounts: If you close your account or revoke Admigo's Meta access, all associated campaign details, cached marketing API metrics, and access tokens are retained for a maximum period of ninety (90) days. Following this grace period, all data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases and backup stores.
06. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Admigo does not disclose your information to any third parties for marketing or commercial profit. We only disclose information in these limited scenarios:
- Subprocessors and Infrastructure: We share data with hosting platforms (e.g., Railway), database infrastructure (e.g., Supabase), and technical providers necessary to physically serve the web application. These providers operate under secure, strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for other purposes.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose data if legally required by law enforcement, judicial processes, or to protect the safety, rights, and security of Petricor Investments LLC, our users, or the general public.
07. Your User Rights
Regardless of your location, Admigo respects your absolute control over your digital footprint. You possess the following rights:
- Right to Access: Inspect what data we store about you.
- Right to Rectify: Correct any incorrect details in your profile or connection details.
- Right to Export (Portability): Download a structured copy of your profile and data.
- Right to Erasure (Deletion): Request that we completely wipe your records.
08. Data Deletion Request Instructions
Under the Meta Platform Terms Section 3(d)(i), users have a right to request the complete deletion of their account and any associated data fetched from the Meta Platform. Admigo provides exact, friction-free mechanisms to execute this request:
You can wipe all data automatically in the application. Navigate to:Settings → Account → Delete Account
This triggers an automated system purge that instantly destroys your access tokens, profile, and queues all related marketing data for immediate hard deletion.

Please use the subject "Data Deletion Request" and state your Admigo account email. We do not require complex justifications.
09. Security Measures
We implement state-of-the-art technological and organizational measures to safeguard your information:
- Encryption in Transit: All communications between your browser, our servers, and the Meta API are strictly encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
- Access Restrictions: Access to stored customer credentials and platform databases is restricted under strict zero-trust parameters to authorized infrastructure engineers.
- Continuous Monitoring: We continuously audit access logs and system operations to prevent and detect unauthorized intrusion or anomalies.
